Hotel Vildmarken is beautifully situated by Finnsjön, with the area’s finest swimming spot just steps from the Hotel grounds.

Only 15 minutes from the E18, you will find peace and quiet, with the forest and the lake as the nearest neighbors. For those looking for additional experiences, there are hiking trails in the Lönnskog and Glaskogen nature reserves, canoe trails and fishing in many different lakes, several golf courses, and sites to visit such as Wiksfors Bruk or Värmland’s Viking center in Nysäter.

Wonderful location in the woods. Warm and friendly owner. Bedrooms are comfortable with attached bathrooms. We were 7 adults and 1 kid and fully enjoyed the winter stay. Will definitely come back in the summer to explore the lake and the woods.
